Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the entrepreneur / executive, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.Communicates directly, and on behalf of the entrepreneur / executive on matters related to his initiatives.Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the entrepreneur / executive's time. Plans, coordinates and ensures the personal and professional schedule is followed and respected.Directly responsible for meeting the personal needs of the entrepreneur / executive.No out-of-state candidates will be considered due to the nature of the role.
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, however candidates must live local to Multnomah or Clackamas County Oregon to be considered. The Personal Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external people on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The Personal Executive Assistant supports the CEO on personal and business-related tasks.
